What are your hardware specs?
We use very powerful hardware to ensure lightning fast speeds, including Ryzen 5800x and EPYC 7282 processors.
How long does my order take?
For everything except Dedicated Game Servers, deployment is instant. For Dedicated Game Servers, deployment can take up to 48 hours (but usually takes around an hour).
What are your support hours?
We provide support around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You'll never be left to handle server issues alone.
Does SlimeHosting do refunds?
If you're unsatisfied within the first 24 hours of purchase, you're entitled to a full refund. We also issue credit for certain technical issues, so you can always feel secure.
Am I bound by a contract?
You're not! You can cancel your server at any time, either immediately or at the end of your billing period.
Is SlimeHosting legal?
We are a registered LLC (Limited Liability Company) out of Florida in the United States, and our tax ID is reported on all invoices. Additional information can be requested via support ticket.
What's different with Dedicated?
Dedicated Game Servers (DGS) allow you to create unlimited servers on private hardware with our panel built-in to it for a single price, whereas with regular game servers, you only have the server you pay for. It is worth noting that these are not Dedicated Servers in regard to having root/SSH/KVM access.
